Returns Policy
We do not do exchanges or returns. We may exchange a items if the items is damaged or has a defect. This will only be applicable for 1-3 days after receiving the items. This will be investigated and a decision will be made on a case by case basis . Please send the photos of the defect via email or WhatsApp 1-3 days after receiving your order. This is only applicable to regular prices items and not sale items.No exchanges/Refunds if you chose the wrong item or bought the wrong color.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit note will be issued. We do not offer cash refunds.Sale items cannot be refunded only regular priced items may be refunded based on review.
Shipping returns
Once we receive your email wishing to return a product, we will reply with an address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.
Collections
Collections instore please note no returns or exchanges on sale items. The store and online store are different entities if you collect instore you cannot exchange items. Please advise us via email or WhatsApp when you would like to collect at least 2 days before hand so we can have it ready.
